Business Development Manager

At Snap Scene, creativity is our passion. Frustrated by the limitations of most experiential exhibition spaces and the lack of variety, Snap Scene's founder Iya Thomas was dead set on carving out a creative space for people to enjoy.  

Snap Scene is the first experiential exhibition space that is truly accessible and reflective of the times. Patrons are provided with visuals they can identify with and relate to regardless of race, size, age or ability.

Job Description

Responsible for overseeing the implementation of business objectives among Snap Scene's sales, marketing and business development.


  • Set goals and develop plans for business and revenue growth

  • Research, plan and implement new target market initiatives

  • Research prospective accounts in target markets

  • Pursuing leads and move them through the sales cycle

  • Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients

  • Set goals for Snap Scene and develop strategies to meet those goals

  • Develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods


  • Must be able to communicate with clients of all backgrounds and educational levels

  • Have well-developed written and verbal communication skills

  • Be comfortable juggling numerous clients, on- and off-site meetings, and deadlines.

  • Understand how to prioritize your time.

  • Use a sales content management system (CMS) to track leads and client calls and document where each prospect is in the sales cycle

  • Be goal-oriented and commission-driven

  • Have a strong understanding of Snap Scene's products and services as well as business position and competition to keep Snap Scene competitive

This position has a 60 day probationary period and is up for review every six months. This position is partially remote and part-time. Events or obligations that require a physical presence will be discussed in advance.
