Cancellation Policy
- For 360 video bookings, Photo Booth bookings and mobile snap station bookings, 50% deposit plus cost of goods (if any), are nonrefundable. - We repeat, deposits are nonrefundable. - You may reschedule your booking up to 365 days (one year) from original date of booking, if and only if the date and time are available. If not, you will be prompted to select another date. - You may reschedule once per booking. If you cancel the second (reschedule) date, it is the discretion of Snap Scene to accommodate. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued. Under no circumstance does Snap Scene have to accommodate a second rescheduling. - Cancellations must be made 5 days before event to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. If custom items were made/purchased and event is cancelled, customer will be shipped any custom goods ordered provided they pay shipping. - Cancellation requests must be sent to info@shapelyevents.com. - Additional 50% payment and or any remaining payment must be made at the start of the event. We welcome payments in full.
