Cancellation Policy

-Social media management and content creation are not the same. For Social Media Management, customer must provide Snap Scene with items to manage. For Content Creation ideation meetings must take place on dates/times agreed upon. -Snap Scene LLC must have access to social media accounts to be managed. -The more responsive you are, the faster we'll be. -Customer will inform Snap Scene of selected platforms. - Customer will provide Snap Scene design collateral. -If Customer has not provided Snap Scene with any graphic templates. Snap Scene will create social media graphics for complimentary use during social media management term/timeframe. Graphics created, minus the images of items from customer, are intellectual property of Snap Scene and cannot be duplicated, edited or distributed without written expressed permission from Snap Scene LLC. -The parties will attempt to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to this contract through friendly negotiations amongst the parties. If the matter is not resolved by negotiation, the dispute will be resolved using this Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedure. Any controversies or disputes arising out of or relating to this Contract will be submitted to mediation in accordance with any statutory rules of mediation. If mediation is not successful in resolving the entire dispute, outstanding issues will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the AAA. -50% non refundable retainer required before the start of services. - Remainder of balance to be delivered when final deliverables are received unless otherwise agreed upon. - Additional terms to be discussed, agreed upon and contract signed.
